Yesterday I took a 4 hours walk & came home to find myself going to sleep..
I have some school homework catch up to do today!!
Everything is going well!!
Nothing much to report except tt I had a lot more lemonade yesterday
that I did other days..
My face looks a lot better now!!
My eyes are a lot bigger!

I survived an incredibly demanding day yesterday!
I am getting things done a lot faster now, as my
mind seems to be getting a lot clearer!
The weight loss has been a lot slower than other times that I have
done the master cleanse, but I don’t care.
The important thing is that I do feel incredible!
I am thinking of going beyond 10 day.
I just received my juicer 2 days ago, so I will be switching to
a juice fast eventually, but I am not yet ready.
