- Day 1 water fast(Round 2) 307 pounds
Day one has not been that bad at all. I did wake up with a stuffy nose. I’m sure is due to the short fasts that I did last week to prepare me for this big one.
I have been pretty comfortable most of the day. Hunger has not bother me that much.
I’m looking forward to the next 9 days. If by the end of the 10 days I feel like I can continue then I will.

Hello to all of you that followed my blog.
I know that I’ve been away for a few months but I’m now back to finish up what I started.
During the last water fast I went from: 330 pounds/23.6 stone/150kg to 296 pounds/21.14 stone/134.26kg in 10 days.
Now I’m back to finish the rest...
I gained some weight back as it was expected but I’ve maintained myself on 306 pounds/21.85 stone/138.79 kg.
This time I’m doing things a bit differently because I can’t time off from work.

I'm so sorry for not posting yesterday but I wasn't feeling well. Not been able to drink as much water has me with horrible nausea.
