Add Blog To Your Favorites! Today (Mar-24) is the first day of my water fast. My goal is complete a 14 day water fast. This is not only for health purposes, but for spiritual purposes as well. I am using this tool (blog) as support and away to log what I expereince each day. This morning as I drove into the office, my body was begging for a latte. I battled, and actually tried to convince myself that the latte was okay simply because it was fluid, not food. I had to rise to the occasion, and say WATER ONLY.… more...
