Its now four months after delivering our bundle of joy and my usually healthy diet(low fat,low carb,no diary or wheat,lots of fruit and veg) has faded into obscurity! In between feeds, playtime and sleeps I have been lets just say...OVER INDULGING!!! Chocolate has become de rigeur and I even ordered a pizza!! (so unlike me that my hubby nearly passed out!
