Havent had any weightloss today, which is a little dissapointing, but I am going to put that down to the fact that I was dieting prior to starting the fast, meaning that my weightloss has probably ... visit the page Day 3 15 y

My weigh in this morning shows that I have lost 1lb and am down to 12.12 (180lbs) which is encouraging :)
Yesterday wasnt too bad either, I think its more about me getting my head around no want... visit the page Day 2 15 y

No weight loss yet, still 12.13 (181lbs) but wasnt expecting much to happen today. But I must say that the start to this fast has been ok so far, and I resisted the urge of eating Mcdonalds :) lets... visit the page Day 1 15 y
