I am creating this blog for motivation. The more people who respons the more it will help me, and I hope I can help and inspire other people also. I am not overweight. I weigh around 9.5 stone and I am 5ft6 ish. However, I have been super stressed recently and have been eating as a result. I dont eat too badly but I eat too much.
