hi all, i think i have been suffering from s.a.d now for three years, or at least i think i have. i have all the symptoms of s.a.d, and these seem to be worse during the bleak winter months. but, i do suffer these symptoms most of the year round. my symptoms include...fatigue, waking up feeling that i havent slept, over eating, craving sweets and bread (not at the same time), i get upset for no reason, i have 1 maybe 2 days if i am lucky when i feel normal, my moods can change by the minute, i can go from feeling that life aint worth it to being hypo in a matter of 30 mins, as well as ...   read more
