Today is a new beginning! I am starting a 30 day fast, because i need some concrete change in my life! I need to heal myself of the abuses that I put on myself! I need to forgive myself! I have always been an excuse maker because I felt powerless but i am powerful and the base for that power is within me and I need to free myself so that I can walk in who I am and experience the triumph of life free from the negative voices in my head!
