Hello all. I am on Day 1 of a 30 day Juice Fast. Wow 30 days seems like so long from now. But, I will take it one day at a time. I set up a calendar to cross of each day of fasting. Maybe it will seem easier if I have a goal to reach. Today is July 18th. I will end the fast on August 16th. I want to feel healthier and I want to lose some weight because I have an event to attend towards the end of september. Here is where I am right now: Female, 5’3’’, 162 pounds.
