I’m starting my modified fast tomorrow, 23rd of May 2007. It is 4:22PM right now and I haven’t eaten since 3:15PM and I intend not to for the rest of the day to jump start my fasting. I’m only doing this applesauce fasting for 16 whole days and break it once the clock strikes 12 on my 17th day. I am doing this to break my bad eating habits and my occasional binging. I tried to start this fast 15 days ago but could not get my will and determination up and now I am committed to do this.
