thank you for the encouragement.
I'm currently feeling heavy chested and strange. I get panicked so easily. I'm trying to remind myself that I've done a 7 day fast and that people have done countless fast, some of them 30 days.
I'm going through the first day. I'm getting ready to go to bed and figured I should get on here and check in.
