Copper opposes ZINC - don't blindly take one without the other. Tests are really the only way to find out which one (or both) a person is deficient in - and guessing is a bad idea, as one prevents the absorption of the other.

And, symptoms of copper deficiency are very similar to symptoms of zinc deviciency.
