I am into day 2 of my juice fast. I only did 5 days pre-fast. You really have done well preparing yourself physically and mentally. I admire that in you.

Just want to share a link with you about a wonderful documentary, The Secret. Maybe you have seen it. It has really changed the way I feel in one day. It is extrememly powerful if you are seeking change in your life.
