I applaude your approach. Oh, yeah, and your honesty.

I had a different experience than you when I was young but it was after my senior year in HS I began an eating disorder.... ha! read an article about bulemia and I knew I had my solution to eating all I want (filling my void) and loosing weight or maintaining. The magazine was so explicit how the gal did it and what foods came up easier than others, oh, yeah and how not to get caught. Never read the end of the article.

I haven't purged for 20 years but the binging has been my toxic friend and ugly enemy. The amounts that I can eat would floor most "normal" people. Not to get into it any further...I wish you only the very best.

I hope I am one of the 10% BW's that don't go wild after my fast!
