I know it is hard to start and stay on the path. But I wish you the best of luck. I am on day 4 of my pre-cleanse for a 30 day juice fast. What drew me to your blog is that I am 5'4" and weigh about the same as you and need to loose the same amount with the same ideals of weight. I wish to be at 115 but I'll settle for 120. I am older now and know that things have changed. (fact of life)
