The only bill that John Kerry ever sponsored was to name the new federal building in honor of Joe Moakley.

Other than that, he's been in dreamland when he told members of Congress how he was sent by President Nixon in December 1968. The experience was "Seered in his memory".

Little did Kerry know was that Lyndon Johnson was still president in December of 1968.
