I know that that goal is not unrealistic. I think it is a very healthy goal. Wow, you are tall!! I can imagine how beautiful you will look in your gown.

I on the other hand am 5'4" and need to drop a good 30 lbs. I don't expect to do it all during this fast but even half of it would be fantasic.

Well, thank you for your support. I am really tired and weak...I think this sort of thing will pass. Patience and time.
