Hi Lovey, I just stopped UT a couple of weeks ago as I had bladder problems (after about 6 months). The burning desire to pee was so bad at times I thought I was not going to make it to the bathroom. Since stopping UT this urgency has gone (although I still have to pee frequently). The UT forum advises that it is because I eat meat.
I have to compare notes with you as our health problems are similar and you had kidney infections? All the best
