yes, im doing a prefast before jumping right into it. been eating lots of frozen grapes, and not much else lately. i am thinking of starting sunday. things are going pretty good for me, so i have a good feeling about fasting. sorry i wasn't clear about my start date, but there were life matters to sort out before i made a decision when to begin.
