I do my best cleaning while I am on the phone. I enjoy catching up on all the news with an old friend; I know it is going to be a long conversation so I plan ahead. I do ironing, laundry and dishes, but I try not to be on the internet, as then my mind gets preoccupied. In the same fashion, I find I can't do papers as I get distracted and start reading. I can't pay my bills while I am on the phone as usually I get upset over how high by credit card bill is or some kind of mistake like finance charge, or a charge for a purchase I didn't make. I prefer multi tasking. My biggest problem is how easy it is for me to find an excuse for leaving the house and walking away from the mess.
