Thank you so much. I am looking forward to the mental clarity and weight loss this fast is said to provide. I thank you very much for your message. Knowing other people are out there is so helpful. How long have you gone and did you do it for weight loss as well? Thanks for the advice about the books n baths! I have to rememeber this is a time for celebration!
