If there's one thing I've learned from the juice fast I just finished it's that you're never too young to do an extended cleansing fast. I'm almost 26, been a mostly raw food vegan for 3 years, and it was still unbelievable how much I've changed in the past month.

Try to enjoy yourself sometimes, too! Good books and hot baths!
