Hi JennyPenny,

I'm just starting a 30-40 day master cleanse (actually I start on Friday...) I've done juice fasting in the past and loved it (it was hard - but VERY rewarding - I only made it 10 days.) I'd probably be doing juice fasting this time but we just moved and I can't find my juicer! :( I've been wanting to try the master cleanse anyway so I guess my juicer being misplaced is as good as excuse as any. :)

I'm blogging too, so I'll be checking in with you to give you support. I know it's important and I'm sure that if you can do 6 days, you can do 45... one day at a time. :)
