Thanks for leaving me a message. The lemonade is made from lemon and stevia. I think I'll put some cayenne in too for extra cleansing. I'm also gonna do swf's too. I'm really looking forward to cleansing out! And losing the rest of the weight. My cleanse ends the day after halloween! So I'm pretty ecstatic about being thin and healthy for the holidays. ANd being able to buy new clothes! for the season!
