I was told by a dr. in PVR that you could drink your morning urine but it was ok to allow it to cool off and add it to apple juice to be able to get it down as I had tried but the steam from the top really made me gag.

Then I read that you should not be on any medications and that you should be a vegetarian in order to do UT.

I am not a vegetarian although almost. I eat meat once a week

I do take armour thyroid.

Can I do UT or must I be off of all meds and be a complete vegetarian??
