There were a few days when my resolve seemed to fail me and I clung to the memory that part of me REALLY wanted to do this for a laundry list of reasons. When the proverbial wall was scraping my nose, what worked for me was a bath, a tea, and going to bed. I never failed to wake up with a renewed resolve. I did however know that in fighting with my inner child, I might get tired of the same old arguments and give in!
Most of us have spoiled ourselves so much, it is difficult to say no to ourselves where we have no problem parenting our children so that they are cared for better than many of us will care for ourselves! This is a big challenge for you but half way up the hill, you are in the best position you have been in for a while to SUCCEED!
