When I look and see weaknesses in others, I try to see if I have a similar weakness is in me. I ask myself, what would I expect from others if I were accused of the same thing. Pretty simple really. Some things, I would expect to be put out of my misery but for most things, I usually try magnanimity. Being the bigger person.
