I had a cold for three days. Friday night I had enough and took a non-drowsy store brand sinus me. I was basically over the cold but the remaining sinus pressure and drip was irritating. A capsule of cayenne pepper in some orange juice helped a lot though. That stuff is great. What do you think of Heinz apple cider vinegar? It doesn't have the mother in it so I wonder how good it is.
