What flour do you use for a wheat free crust....I mean what grains is it made from?
I know EXACTLY how you feel with the "fog" lifted. It feels to me like I'm eating something on a daily basis (most likely wheat I'm thinking but I will try challenge testing it sometime) and my body is thriving better without it.
