I couldn't agree more! During a fast, I would prefer an enema any day to a SWF. And there is no waiting for results :')

I've found that while juice fasting, if I find myself feeling hungry or craving solid food, an enema seems to help relieve or reduce the urge to eat. And after an enema at bedtime during a fast, I always sleep more soundly.
