The last few times I liver flushed I vomited in the middle of the night making the whole process really unpleasant. Last night I sieved the grapefruit juice that went with the oil to make sure that there was no pulp in it. No vomiting, no discomfort, nothing. I felt great. The best, most relaxed flush ever.
