This article has some very interesting and very truthful facts...  But there also needs to be some point of balance in the actions of the US Government!!

I don't see it so much as a people vs government in the USA; as I do the people are laze or don't understand they are the government!!

Life is and has always been divided into the Controllers and the controlees...  In the USA we are suppose to have decent GOD fearing leaders; who are responsible to the people who the SERVE...  I think most get into power and for get about the serve part!! 

It is imperative that we { in the USA} take our elected leaders to task and demand that they serve the will of the people...   Not the mass media, large corporations, other world governments, or the desires of a few power mongers...

BTW: Keeping a firearm is another check and balance in this country... One of the first thing any dictator does to consolidate power is to ban guns or other weapons from the people...  ( Note has happened in the UK in the last few years)
