I know he is kicking out all of Monsanto's work, and that he's accepting US citizen's for emigrating under 'Political Asylum'. Much much more, many more wonderful things I've heard about him - but Yes. I remember before he was first voted into office, people in CA were very upset, yet all of the Mexicans were holding signs of support, talking about him all day at work, ect.

.. Yes, the Mainstream does paint him in a dark light, but the people I've spoken to that have come from/emigrated to Venezuela rave about him.
