It's a human thing. Trust me. Canadians are just as "sleepy."

It looks worse where you are because America has been leveraged as the global elite's (new world order) military might to force their agenda. If Canada had that military, we would be seeing this phase of their operation occuring here. The genecide is global. The 80% world reduction target that they have will affect us all. It already is.
