I had my Mirena put in January 05. I have not had any problems with it until about 5 months ago. And I'm still not sure if that is the problem. After reading all these things I'm pretty sure it is. I have had pains in my left side on and off for 5 months. The last 3 weeks the pain is always there and it is so bad that I was in the ER lastnight, of course they did every test and found nothing wrong. I starting bleeding 2 nights ago for no reason but the pain was so bad that I starting to throw up. I will be going to the doctor tomorrow and having this thing removed!!!!
