Thats what your title was, and now it is, another day. Start over, don't look at the bump in the road you just took, keep your eyes on the road and keep plowing forward!!!

I happened upon this site today and it is a wonderful source of information and support. I don't know how I ended up in this section, smoking is my thing!!! LOL!! But hell, an addiction is an addiction and we all need to help each other. You can do this, I could tell from your posting, you want it. Don't beat yourself up over the set back, I don't think that can be a positive way to keep moving forward!!!! You're probably all stressed out about the number of days thing, I must be too look at my screen name, but you know you still had/have those 21 days. Good for you!! Pat yourself on the back and get back on track!!!
