Strangley, I have been reading your forum since I started looking for testimonials on the Ocean Plasma. Every time I read it, I only hope that something is working for you. Although, I was wondering if you were still taking the primal defense? I just read your new posting (rice in urine) which as you know means that your intestines are not doing their job. I just wanted to urge you to go back to the primal defense, or gradually increase your dosage (I know, I know, it is expensive). It just has such amazing healing properties for the gut, I don't see how you can be doing wrong. I know it works because I used to suffer from constipation very often. I went through one 90 capsule bottle (increasing 1 day every 5 days), and I no longer need laxitives. I can eat cheese. I can drink milk without the gaseous side effects. I am a big advocate for this probiotic b/c it is the only one that has ever done it's job. Good luck, and I will keep checking in to see how you are doing. God bless.
