Regarding the diet, I ate a fairly low-fat diet before the week leading up to the cleanse and only fruit prior to liver flushes. I am happy you found my blog useful. I am starting a juice fast today as a matter of fact and will do my next master cleanse in October. Best of luck on you journey.
