I wanted to let you know how Thankful I am that you cataloged your entire experience. I completed a 10 day MC a few weeks ago but was overwhelmed with information regarding parasites and liver flushes. I was on day 4 of my cleanse when I found this website. I've only just now found your blog! I can't describe how helpful I have found the information you have posted, esp dosages and timings. I plan on doing another cleanse in a few months, perhaps next summer when my schedule can be more accommodating (I'm a college student). I will use your blog as a guide and I'm already excited! I was very intimidated by the liver flush and have been confused as to what parasite cleanse was best to use. I have researched a number of them but can't seem to decide. I think I'm mentally ready to tackle a more complete cleanse next time around. Thank you thank you thank you for posting your experience! I enjoyed your pics of you with your masters. I am not a black belt but I have studied martial arts before and hope to get back into it at some point. It was by far the most beneficial exercise for my body, as well as my mind. Nothing has even come close to what martials arts did for my body.
