Could someone please tell me how little pineapples is too little to consume during the pineapple/pumpkin seed fast? Is it effective if I only eat one pineapple (blended with distilled water) and half a cup of pumpkin seeds in one sitting and then drink distilled water all day and then eat the same as before at night. Repeating for three days... Is that enough pineapple to rid the worms?
Any suggestions about this or other ones would be greatly appreciated.

Also how much is too much seeds or pineapple? Does it really not matter at all?
