I worked in restaurants as a manager/waitress/dishwasher/food prepper ect. for nearly 4 years in 5 different restaurants -

Rookie compaired to most, veteran compaired to others, but OMG I am FULL of stories from the restaurant business - and I appreciate the stories I hear from others who have been/are in this line of work, as well.

I LOVE the blogs waiters/waitresses/chefs have [like waiterrant.net and restaurantgal.com]

I LOVE the movie 'Waiting...'

.. and I bet ebooks like these will bring back some fond memories, too.

The restaurant business REALLY teaches customer service skills!!
