Correct. The morning of the actual flush I did 2400 mg in addition to the 800 mg thre times a day for seven days leading up to the day of the flush. I did a ton of reading prior to my first flush and that's how I decided on the amount. You can probably forego the 2400 mg the day of the flush and just do 800 mg in the morning and at noon. I just wanted an extra boost and I had read somewhere about individuals doing that amount. Anyway, my first flush produced significant results. You can read the blog to get the specifics.
