I was happy to see that you have returned from your curezone fast.... I guess you could say! ; )

Your blogs are so informative. I am easing into juice fasting... a couple days here and there. For some reason I am having a hard time committing to a long term fast. With a couple days here and there at least I am making baby steps.

Is it okay to buy fresh squeezed juices from the health food store rather than jucing your own at every meal? With working so much I don't always have time to juice is one of my problems.
