WHAT??? Fat free cool whip isn't healthy??? Ah, my world just came crashing down!!! ;-) Yeah, I know what you mean. I kind of watch people's food shopping habits and guage how they look in relations to those habits and kinda guage it. I eat well now but I still eat too much. :-)
