Something else that is very important, don't let anyone sell you garbage (overpriced supplements) or refer you to a quack doctor (they are everywhere). A doctor would recommend you have vital organs removed...this makes them money, so if it is "doctor recommended" this is probably a marketing ploy. For the most part, people who are broke or not selling anything are the only people who won't misguide you. Check to see if the people who send you messages here actually help a lot of people out on this site. Many times, I find that they came out of nowhere...to sell their product. Anyone trying to sell you something here has something to gain from it, or else they have just been severely misguided by someone who does.
