Salmon as far as meat goes, is actually a good choice. It has a lot of stuff it will be hard for you to find elsewhere in one package. What about pacing yourself? I'm a vegetarian for the most part, but I eat salmon on Sunday mornings and one other time during the week. Have you tried poaching the salmon, or bag grilling it?
