You can use a lax tea in the morning and night to avoid the SWF. Try different brand because some are stronger than others, that way you can find one that works best for you (I like Dieter's Tea because it has tons of flavors - you can get it at the drug store in the diet section.
Also, did you know there are tons of varieties of sea salt and they all taste differently? Many people like celtic sea salt. I like a gray one. Anyway you don't have to do the SWF if you don't want to but I wouldn't suggest the psyllium husks because they soak up water. That wouldn't seem like a big deal on a liquid diet but actually lemon is a natural diuretic so you have to be careful about keeping in enough liquids.
The typical amount of water you need to drink is half your body weight in ounces each day. If you use the psyllium you should add a little to that. Many people struggle just to get the baseline water in so add that to you decision pros and cons.
My first couple of fasts were the hardest. In fact I only made it five days on my first one because my whole face broke out in a rash and I got scared (my doctor told me I must be allergic to maple syrup). Since you are already juice fasting, it should be pretty easy for you. You already have the tough stuff done (getting over any caffine, getting solid food out of system, etc.). Juice fasting is great for you too and a bit more mild so you have less detox symptoms. Let me know what you decide.
Truly,
Peanut
