I am the person in charge of this property
and a co-owner.

I like the idea of tying in bags.
Some of the notebooks have important
things in them to save...such as bank statements
I need to hold.

Haven't been able to identify the creepy-crawlies.

Not a priority in this moment with other aspects
of the financial record keeping moving along.
