I have actually done some training in this with the monk and my master in Korea. I have a couple of implements that I employ on both my feet and hands and it really does seem to have an effect. Thanks for reminding me about this as it has been some time since I've done this. I will pull out my things once I return to Germany. Thanks Peanut.
