I was going to do a liver flush tomorrow and got everything ready to go and went to town and spent the day out...and 3/4ths way home I realized I forgot grapefruit!

I will go tomorrow and get them but since I do not like to be on the road the morning of the day I liver flush since it is a good time to eat non-fat food, I will do my flush on Sunday or Monday. Most likely Sunday since my company is also going to stay an extra day and will be leaving early Sunday. It will be nice to have the privacy Sunday night and Monday morning so it turns out to be an okay deal all around.

Yeah, the detoxing does continue and I have noticed that greasy sort of feeling, especially on my legs when I was shaving them, it felt like a layer of grease! I will do an epsom salt bath with some baking soda and apple cider vinegar tonight to see if it makes a difference since if you have this too, it is surely just more detox and best to soak it out. I have been drinking copious amounts of water and finally got over my dehydration. I also have been continuousing zapping which will also keep my detox going.

I am exploring raw but for my body type (O+) it is not optimal. I was a vegetarian for years and just gave it up in the last year on the advice of another healer friend of mine. When another "sensitive" person told me it was time to eat some meat I knew it was a time to try. They were right that it grounded me out more. I worried it would give me a tummy ache or some other bad symptom but it didnt. I still eat tofu and lots of veggies and fruit but will eat meat as long as I do not have to cook it. I am eating less dairy now though and of course, much less in general now after this cleanse. I do plan to eat some raw but the fermented food appeals to me more and I do not think I can give up one of my favorite foods which is steamed brown rice. I can see myself even going for some juice fasting later this summer. I often will go that route since in my past I did that many many times using spirulina for protein.

I did not anticipate when I was planning the cleanse on traveling in such a short time after the cleanse. I will be good but most likely not as good as I would if I were at home. I am planning another cleanse, a 10 dayer, in September or October. The fall will bring a fresh crop of citrus so I plan on doing MH's OJ cleanse then.

All in all though, I feel good and my eliminations are great now and so I just have to find the time between the rounds of visitors to write out some how it went and plug it into my blog...ggg.

My hair has felt sweaty lately too. The heat contributes since our humidity in Texas is very high right now. I found a product at the health food store yesterday I did not hesitate to buy. http://www.lamasbeauty.com/chinese.html It "gently removes hair follicle-blocking sebum and debris that can slow growth and even cause premature hair loss". I'll let you know how it goes.

As for stabbing at guesses about the correlation between raw food eating and liver flushing needs...I am not qualified there although surely with the blogs on Raw Food so abundant, you could find an answer surely, or ask in the Ask Curezone forum since so many of these smart folks hang out there...ggg. I do know that you can do some flushing and then add Lecithan to your diet and it will help greatly in preventing the formation of new stones. That is my tact since I never had any twinges of gallbladder problems ever since for a gazillion years I had also used lecithan since it is also known as the "brain grease". In my travels I would leave it behind because of heat issues and storage problems so that is when my situation seemed to become one. Now I am going back to that and will also liver flush until my stones are no longer an issue. I also will use Planetary Formulas "Stone Free" to soften my stones and that will help flush them out. I do not feel the need to see dramatic marbles in my stool...mud and sludge do just fine...ggg. Better out than in right!

I am glad you wrote to say how it was going. I was wondering about you!

Good luck with your flushing...it will help those detox bumps. I am sporting a few myself and need to look glowing when I go on my trip...hee hee....

Best of luck to you as you reach for your dream and even higher levels of health!
